This offer is covers to all new purchase of S1Digital Media Centers and Server that placed orders between Jan 19 until March 31, even before the Microsoft sponsored Windows 7 Upgrade Program for OEM partners kick start, tentatively scheduled on July 1. However, the Media Center Mini Edition is not eligible.
